What's the minimum order?

There's no minimum - order a single mat or thousands. Bulk discount tiers kick in automatically, and for large runs you'll get a tailored quote.

What artwork do you need?

A hi-res PNG/JPG or vector file (AI/PDF/SVG) works best. For 12" mats we recommend artwork at least 3000×3000px. Planning a large order? Get in touch before you order and we can help make sure your artwork is print-ready.

How fast can you turn around a bulk order?

We dispatch most orders the next working day - or same day if you choose our express service at checkout before the cut-off. Placing a larger order and need it by a certain date? Get in touch first for an up-to-date lead time.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Every order comes with a proper VAT invoice for your records, whether you're buying a single mat or a bulk run for your label, shop or event.

Can you white-label or drop-ship?
